Here’s an interesting article on business podcasting from b2bonline.com, that I found via an article at Social Customer Manifesto. It talks about how a CI firm is going to start offering podcasts to its customers, to allow them to get intelligence reports while, say, driving to a customer site.
Now that’s a good idea! If there’s anything your average executive (or, really, anyone in business) really hates it’s another thing to read. But I don’t think enough of them (at least at my company) have the iPods necessary for podcasting…hmmmm…burn CD’s maybe?
